RETURN AND REFUND INSTRUCTIONS

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your True Back, please
do the following:
1.Call Customer Service for a Return Manufacturer’s Authorization
Number. Call 1-888-999-8109 or email us at info@trueback.com
2.Clearly write the RMA number and the name in which the order was
made on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted and will be
returned back to you.
3. Inside the box include a copy of your invoice or the following
information:

Name listed on the Original Order:

Street Address:
City, Zip, State:
Date of Purchase:

The refund is for the True Back only, not shipping charges (these
are your responsibility).
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
THESE INSTRUCTIONS ONLY APPLY IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR TRUE
BACK FROM MORCENT IMPORT EXPORT INC. IF YOU PURCHASED
YOUR TRUE BACK FROM ANOTHER SOURCE, CONTACT THEM FOR THEIR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
