What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping is available via UPS. It’s based on the weight and size of our products and your shipping address. We do not offer Free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and international, we ask that you contact us for the rate, if you want our products shipped to Canada or Internationally.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes about 5–8 days for the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We always try to protect your data. We use 3rd party payment processing, which is encrypted and never stored on our website. While data is never 100% guaranteed, we will erase your shopping data per your request to us via email. It will include your name, address, phone number and email only if you have an account with us. We never store your credit card number. If you have any questions, please read our privacy policy.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you make a purchase, an email will be sent to you regarding your purchase. Normally within 1 business day, your purchase is shipped to you, and you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you receive an invoice and packing slip included with your order. If you sign up with an account with True Back, you will be able to see and track all your orders from your account page.
